We trust this arrangement will be ccrmidered ratiefactory

and we believe the British Creditors will agree thereto.

We think that the arrangement will eave e larps sur ir

costs which will, in any case, have to be paid out of the Estate,

whether or not the questier of lien le decided in cur favour.

In view of the present peritior under which the creditors will not be called to lose more thar sey 5% to get at the outside,

we think they will not sanction further proceedings which might involve a substantiel reduction of the dividerd, erd bearing this in mind, we deemed it adviesble to agree with the compromise ir the

interest of all the unsecured creditors.
